Joseph Chavis

Joe runs Chavis Building and Renovations Services, a general contractor working across the Toledo area. His projects cover new builds as well as remodels and renovations, so he can help whether a client is starting fresh or reworking a space they already have.

His focus is simple. Do the job the right way. That makes him a strong fit for people who care about the quality of the finished work, not just getting it done.

Joe is retired from the Army, and he also holds an MBA, so he brings both hands-on building and business training to his projects. In our chapter he serves as Education Coordinator.

He takes great pride in his work and likes to describe his trade as being an artist. That tells you a lot about how he approaches a job, and it is a big part of why we trust him with referrals.

If you hear someone say they are planning a new build in the Toledo area, think of Joe. The same goes for anyone talking about a remodel or a renovation they keep putting off.

Listen for people who say they want it done right the first time, or who care about craftsmanship and the details. Those are the clients who value what Joe does, and those are the introductions he wants most.
